Danang is one of Vietnam’s most important ports, and a springboard for exploring the history, culture and scenery of the country’s eastern coast. The region offers unforgettable views of centuries-old architecture, Buddhist shrines and sandy beaches with views of the South China Sea. This jewel of the Han River estuary has a lively urban scene and provides access to some of Vietnam’s most celebrated landmarks, including the My Son sanctuary and the complex of monuments in the Imperial city of Hue. Also nearby is the designated UNESCO World Heritage site, Hoi An Ancient Town, a remarkably well-preserved city with buildings dating back to the 1600s. There are many area relics left over from years of French colonialism, including the striking, pink-painted Danang Cathedral. Danang also borders the lush Marble Mountains, where spacious limestone caves have formed over millennia.

On this DreamTrip to Danang, Vietnam, Platinum Members will be treated to a dinner cruise on the Saigon River on Day 4 (6-9 p.m.), with transportation included. Relax aboard a cruise boat as it serenely floats down the river while marvelling at the scenic city skyline that lights up the night.

Arrive at the airport and meet our representative for your transfer to the hotel (representative available from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.).

9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.

Day 2

6:30-8 a.m.: International buffet breakfast at the hotel.
8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Full-day tour of Marble Mountains and Hoi An Ancient Town; includes lunch, dinner, transportation and gratuities.
• 8 a.m.: Pickup from the hotel.
• Transfer to Son Tra Peninsula and Ngu Hanh Son for panoramic views.
• Noon: Savor a Vietnam-style, set-menu lunch with complimentary water and soft drink at a local restaurant.
• Depart for Hoi An Ancient Town.
• Take a tour of Hoi An Ancient Town that includes visits to a lively market, merchant houses, a Chinese communal hall and a 400-year-old covered bridge.
• Spend time exploring Hoi An Ancient Town at your own pace. While there, we recommend that you visit the silk shopping district and the souvenir gift shop.
• 6 p.m.: Enjoy a Vietnamese-style, set-menu dinner with complimentary water and soft drink at a local restaurant.
• 7:30 p.m.: Return to the hotel.

Day 3

6:30-7:30 a.m.: International buffet breakfast at the hotel.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 30 days or more before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your DreamTrip is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel’s then-current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.
